Barry began his career as a Marine Engineer in the Royal Navy and he moved into yachting 10 years later. He has held many Chief Engineer, Project Manager and Warranty Manager positions on iconic yachts including TATOOSH, LADY LARA, KATARA II and III. As Technical Representative, he has been an onsite consultant for the past 10 years supporting the BTS team in London with various projects across Italy.

In his spare time enjoys swimming, cooking, spending time with family and friends and supporting a local junior/teenage mountain bike team.
